Our trained and licensed clinicians provide consultation and treatment for a full range of emotional issues concerning children, adolescents and adults. Helping you take the first step towards positive change, our providers offer holistic, compassionate care taking into account all social, emotional and medical factors that may affect you.

Mental Health Crisis Services 

In conjunction with Lenape Valley Foundation, we offer acute psychiatric services with the goal of providing timely intervention for those with mental illness who are experiencing emergencies. Services include evaluation, treatment if necessary and referrals to appropriate community resources.

The Lenape Valley Foundation provides staff for Acute Psychiatric Services and a crisis hotline at Doylestown Hospital that is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Acute Psychiatric Services (Central Bucks Crisis)

Situations that may require acute psychiatric services include, but are not limited to:

  • Individuals of any age who require an urgent mental health evaluation
  • Substance abuse
  • Suicidal/homicidal individual
  • 302 involuntary commitment

Acute Psychiatric Services are located adjacent to the Emergency Services at Doylestown Hospital and are available to anyone, regardless of insurance. Patients may be transferred to an inpatient psychiatric facility if appropriate or when referred to an outside agency or resource for further care.

Lenape Valley also offers Mobile Crisis Intervention Services for residents of Bucks County, of all ages. To request Mobile Crisis Intervention Services, call 1.800.499.7455.
