A part of our comprehensive care services, our Emergency Department is devoted to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our young patients and their families.

Staffed by certified emergency physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, registered nurses and patient care technicians, our team of highly trained and experienced professionals has dedicated resources at their fingertips within the Emergency Department, including the Woodall Chest Pain Center and a certified Stroke Resource Center.

Pediatric Emergency Services

Care at our Emergency Department is available any time, day or night. This service is especially helpful if your child has an immediate and serious need for care after the pediatrician's office hours have ended.

If your child needs to be admitted for inpatient treatment, our Della Penna Pediatric Center provides overnight, inpatient care to children of all ages, including infants, children and adolescents. This secure unit, designed especially for a child's needs, is staffed by board-certified physicians and nurses experienced in caring for the special needs of children.
