A maximum of 750 tickets will be sold for $100 each. The drawing will take place on Facebook @DoylestownHealthFoundation on November 13, 2020, at 3:00 pm. Tickets may be purchased up to 12:00 p.m. EST on November 12, 2020.
You can enter the raffle using a secure online form, by calling Doylestown Health Foundation at 215.345.2124, or by visiting Lori's Gift Shop in Doylestown Hospital to purchase in person.

You must be 18 or over to enter the raffle. Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win. Winners will be notified and published on Doylestown Health Foundation’s website and social media platforms.
- The Grand Prize is $20,000 cash.
- Second Prize is a $1,000 prepaid Visa gift card courtesy of American Heritage Credit Union.
- Third Prize is $500 in gift cards to any McCaffrey's Food Markets, including Simply Fresh in Doylestown.

Doylestown Health Foundation reserves the right to cancel the raffle and refund all money should insufficient tickets be sold. Winners are responsible for federal, state, and local taxes. The Grand Prize winner will be required to complete Form W-2G. A percentage of the winnings will be withheld for federal income tax, and the remaining amount will be paid to the winner.
